Maria's brother, Franciszek born 1898 Aug 26 in Jastrzabka Stara, was also in France and died there of heart attack. Simonetti (possibly Simon) - Kobernice, Krakow, Poland - 1750 to 1850

This Italian family may have come to Poland to work with marble for the churches. Could also of came with Bona Sforza entourage (Poland's Italian Queen) in 1518 - Bona's father had a secretary named Simonetti. Only a few people presently in Poland with the Simonetti name - most likely changed to Simon in the 19th century. 2/2/10
